EMO’s over – so what’s next?

Friday August 22 2014

EMO’s over and Hannover Messe is now nothing but a baron wasteland (this is a good photo though, well done Paul!).  Not to worry, EMO will be back, but not until 2015 and this time Milan will be the host city.

We’ve got no time to sit around and learn Italian though, our next round of shows starts as soon as next week when we’ll be in Manchester for Northern Manufacturing.  Next up after that is our very own Open House at our head office in Hove (remember to register for the curry night on Wednesday 16th October) where you’ll be able to see all the Samsung machines we brought back from EMO as well as the RS 505K 5 axis machining centre from Hedelius, the new Dugard 760E and Dugard 1000E cost effective VMCs, the Dugard 65 Twin Turret SY CNC lathe our own new 5 axis machine – the Dugard X5 and the Dugard Academy 446 multi-function CNC teach lathe.

After the Open House we’ve got a bit of a break in the UK as the next few exhibitions are in the Middle east: ADIPEC in Abu Dhabi, 10 – 13 November; SAOGE in Saudi Arabia, 25 – 27 November; IMTEX in Oman, 2 – 4 December; and finally SteelFab in UAE, 20 – 23 January.

The rest of the 2014 exhibition calendar has a touch of fluidity to it as we’ve not booked too far in advance.  However, we will be going to Southern Manufacturing again as that was such a success at the beginning of this year – it’s on 12 – 13 February 2014 at FIVE in Farnborough.  The last one currently on the list is MACH 2014 – that’s a big one, we’ve already started planning and it’s set to be good so remember to keep 7 – 11 April 2014 free to come and see us at the NEC in Birmingham.
