We have recently been approached by an individual called Michael Green from Oxford who claimed to have found a loophole in our web site Cookies that meant it failed to comply with legal requirements. Rather than be content with the fact that we addressed the problem immediately he continued to threaten legal action unless we paid £1,500 for him to go away.
