Cost effective high specification high precision vertical machining centre made in China, using all Taiwanese key components such as spindle, ballscrews, heavy duty roller linear ways, auto tool changer. With direct drive spindle 12,000 rpm (opt 15,000), table size 520 x 1200mm, travels X/Y/Z 1000/520/535mm, BBT40 spindle, ATC capacity 24 (opt 30) tools. Choice of Fanuc, Siemens Mitsubishi and Heidenhain controls.

Machine Features

Unique arc-shaped base design incorporates finite element analysis and the internal reinforcement rib layout giving better processing rigidy compared to competitors machines

The base adopts a large-span structure with two 45mm roller linear guideways, which provides the machine with very strong load-bearing capacity while meeting the high rigidity requirements during heavy cutting
