2 – 3 October, Event City, Manchester and we’re at stand A7 Southern Manufacturing was such a success for us that even though it’ll be a bit of a stretch (with EMO so close) there’s no way we could miss out on Northern Manufacturing in October.

It’s an exciting time at Dugard – we’ve got a Samsung packed stand at EMO and now there are some great new models for us to show you at the open house.  

The Dugard stand at EMO in Hannover seems to be getting busier as the week progresses – we’re literally doing a roaring trade!

Goodness me but the build up for EMO was hard work – there’s nothing for it, we’re all going to have to learn German, it’s so embarrassing that our hosts are all so good at English, it’s time to make an effort!

The Dugard spares and accessories department is really quite impressive – we’ve got 2,000 square feet spread out over three floors to store all the things we get asked for on a daily basis.

We’re just back from the show so it’s a great time to have a look at how it all went – and the answer is very well indeed! 

16 – 21 September, Deutsche Messe, Hannover Really, has it been two years since the last EMO?  It doesn’t seem that long; we’ve been so busy though and time really has flown! 

The 1000Y Plus is one of Dugard’s bestselling machines – ruggedly built for high speed machining.  The heavy duty design assures optimum rigidity, stability and accuracy for a longer machine life.  It weighs 5,500kg but has the smallest footprint of any machine in its class. 

It’s the first show for Advanced Manufacturing at the NEC, 4 – 6 June, and we’re really excited to be a part of it!  It’s a great opportunity for us as the leading brands in engineering, technology and manufacturing will all be represented so we did not want to miss out.

Billed as the “14th International Specialised Exhibition for Equipment, Instruments and Tools for the Metal-Working Industry” Metalloobabotka is back for 2013, on 27 – 31 May.  Our team at Dugard RUS in Moscow attended the show in 2010 and 2011 and now it’s a permanent fixture in the Dugard Exhibition calendar.

Southern Manufacturing 2013 was a tremendous success for us this year so we’ll definitely be coming back!  Our stand was really busy, we had great customer feedback and loads of good quality enquiries.

It’s the first time for Dugard at Southern Manufacturing so we’re really excited to see how it goes.  In the past we’ve exhibited at Farnborough Airshow and always found that to be extremely successful, as Southern Manufacturing is in the same venue we thought we’d give it a go!
