The Dugard head office is in Hove, East Sussex and that's generally where you'll come if you want a machine demonstration with one of our sales team. However, our sales team are based all over the UK so if you need any help or information they're never far away so they can always pop in to see you.
Paul's been at Dugard for a long time and is extremely dedicated to his customers, always making sure everything is perfect when a machine is installed.
He started his working life in a bar cellar but decided for a career change and chose an engineering machining apprenticeship when he left school, gaining an HNC at college. Paul's had a good background in applications and service of machines but always knew he was destined to work for us as he came here for a training course on a lathe in 1989 and finally joined Dugard in 2000.
Paul lives in Rochester and he loves Sailing, Rugby and Football.
Andy started work peeling spuds at a local pub. Spuds weren't his destiny as he got an apprenticeship at Hunts Crankshaft in Poole on leaving school, followed by an HNC from Poole College.
He then honed his CNC skill in the fast paced Sub contract machining world before joining a large OEM as a machine shop supervisor. Andy's worked for some very well respected tooling companies, putting him in a great position to offer customers honest, reliable advice in choosing the right machine tool, which is exactly why he's in charge of our Southern region.
Andy lives in Ringwood with his partner Sally and their daughter. He loves golf and cooking and they all enjoy walking the family dog in the wonderful New Forest nearby.
Following excellent advice from his engineer Dad, Neil started a YTS apprenticeship in 1988. Despite thinking he’d die of boredom from his first job (parting off 2000 nuts on a 1940’s capstan lathe), Neil stuck with it and became a highly skilled and respected precision engineer. These skills earned him a position with a prestigious Aerospace business where he defined, developed and controlled machining processes for critical prismatic parts. Neil then moved to his first sales role at Kennametal, where he was a key account manager with their biggest UK customer.
Neil lives on the edge of Nuneaton with his wife and 2 sons and time spent with them is always precious. His main other interest is cycling, previously competing at a high level, now though he’s just interested in keeping the Christmas pudding off!
This is Stuart Mitchell and he’s one of 4 directors at Absolute MTS, Dugard dealers in Scotland. We’ve been working with Absolute MTS for a long time as they’ve been providing service support throughout Scotland with their team of 6 highly experience machine tool engineers.
In 2015 we sealed the deal with Absolute MTS, making them our exclusive Dugard Dealer north of the boarder. That means of course they’re still providing us with the same fantastic service support, but they’re also your contact in Scotland if you’re in the market to buy anything from our huge Dugard Range.
So, if you’re in Scotland and you need help with anything Dugard email Stuart at firstname.lastname@example.org or call him on 07711 458297 to arrange a visit or make an enquiry
