Service Department

With factory trained service engineers to install and commission all the new machines sold in addition to making breakdown visits, we have a busy team working all areas of the country.

The service operation is controlled from Hove under the guidance of Sean Ford, Service Manager. Incoming calls are logged by the call centre and dealt with, in the order they were received, by our service engineers. They aim to solve your problem or provide the support you require over the phone to minimise the machines down time.

Spares Department

Steve Hyde (Purchasing manager) and the Spares team are available to discuss your machine spares requirements. All members of the Spares department have extensive experience and knowledge of the range of machines on offer.

We keep extensive stock of new spares for Dugard Eagle, Yang, Hyundai, Kia, Cincinnati, Bridgeport, Daewoo and Chevalier Grinders in our warehouse at all times. We also stock accessories including Tanshing 4th axis and through spindle coolant systems (Centrifuge and Filter) for Eagle VMCs. Please call the Spares department for price and delivery options.
